María Sosa Quesada is the owner of Lex Create office. She obtained the Graduate University Title in Law in the Universidad de Salamanca and she did the postgraduate course in the Legal Practice School from the Bar Association of Las Palmas. She also obtained a LL.M. in Legal Advice in EUDE and a LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law and New Technologies (LL.M. IP & IT)  in the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, She started her lawyer working experience in general lawyer’s offices, and she specialized in the intellectual property field in Mauer & Klimt, a lawyer’s office in Madrid that deals with the new technologies and entertainment sector. Later on, she collaborated with FAPAE (Spanish Audiovisual Producers Confederation) and with the Instituto Autor, a non-profit organism created by the SGAE to disseminate and promote the intellectual property.

The office counts on external collaboration of national and local professionals on several sectors just in case it is requested by your assignment.
